Jess, you are fantastic!! you must be vietnamese from the three favorite dishes you mentioned on the Food Network website. I am too! it's so good to see your own culture on national television.
I love your video on wonton noodle soup, your swap outs, multi-tasking, and you threw in a little bit of your background too! I wonder if their would be re tryouts for the 3rd season of The Next Food Network Star. I would love to see you having your own TV cooking show! Keep up the great work Jess! i'll be tuning in on your next video here.

Last night's event with you, Beth, Carissa, Nate, and Guy in Windsor was a great event. My family had a great time, it was really nice to see that the friendship between the competitors is stronger than the strains of competing. You are a class act.
