hey jess,
saw you on tv tonight. you did great. i thought you did a really good job of conveying who you are (ie not being fake or all over the place. reality tv does that to people!)
i'm real proud to have been one of your residents oh so long ago... take care.

Hi there, I watched your performances on Food Network's special, "The Next Food Network Star." I might try out for the third season of that contest, or probably the fourth - I need to be a little more consistent.
Sorry you got eliminated, Jess. I was rooting for you the whole way, because it'd be nice to have an Asian girl host. I'm sure that if you keep practicing, maybe in a few years, you could try again(unless they are so pig-headed as to lock out anyone who auditioned last time) and come through better.
I'd like to try, just to meet Rachel Ray. She's one of my idols. :)
